All properties listed are self-catered accommodation with extra cleaning service available if required in advance. Cleaning prior to arrival and on departure is included in the price.

Prices quoted are per week.
Where not established, prices are subject to availability and agreement.

Normally the seasons comprise the following months:

  • LOW SEASON: January, February, March, November and December.
  • MID SEASON: April, May, June, September and October and Easter.
  • HIGH SEASON: July and August.

Special prices for monthly rentals in Low Season and Mid Season.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:

  1. The prices quoted include:
    - Electricity and water consumption (except Low Season and Christmas Season).
    - Cleaning on departure.
  2. To cover possible breakages or damage we require details of a credit card. This shall only be debited if there is a breakage or damage.  
  3. Reservations can only be made if a deposit has been received. The deposit will be the 20% of the total price. Within one month prior to arrival we should have received the total price.
     
  4. To guarantee a reservation we shall need you credit card details. If the transfer does not arrive your credit card shall be charged.
  5. NOTE: Neither you nor your belongings are under insurance cover during your stay.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: If you were to cancel the penalties would be as follows:

- 2 to 3 months before arrival: 25% of the amount.

- 1 month before arrival: 50% of the amount.

- 15 days before arrival: 75% of the amount.

- From 15 days before arrival to No arrival: 100% of the amount
